ANBEC was born out the dream of the church to reach out to her host community and environs as well as building standard, Seventh-day Adventist doctrinal based Institution to model young hearts, making them the future leaders with great hope. After the 2019 General Conference of the Seventh day Adventist Education week of emphasis, where all the local churches were encouraged to have a basic school, For young Souls to be nurtured in excellence for the lord. The church board in her wisdom voted to have basic School in her August 2019 board meeting with Pastor Okechukwu Onwuka as the chairman heavily represented by the church "First Elder", Elder Onyemaechi O. John.

It was agreed that the school will start with the followings.
• a) Church existing structure "Adult and children" church auditoriums".
• b) A Loan of Two hundred thousand naira only from Elder Jim-Nation and a financial Support of fifty- - thousand naira from the church.
• c) Demarcations of board.
• d) Six classes, Comprising of: Reception, Nursery I,II and III, basic I, II and III
• e) Six teacher, a minder and a security man.
Making eight staff

The church board nominated her member to form the Education Committee, that was chaired by the church education Secretary Deacon Onyekaozuru God's power, the members of the Committee includes: Elder Jim-Nation, Deacon Ufomba Enmanuel (the head teacher), Deacon Victor Nwatulegwu, Sister Gift Onyenma and Pastor Onwaka Okechukwu(District Pastor). The school began with a tuition of twelve thousand naira (# 12,000) only. As well as Moral and material support from ANBEC Elekahia through her Head Teacher "Mrs Jemina Odum, individuals from the church, donated chairs, tables and other teaching . The School started on the 9th of September 2019. "The first registered pupil in ANBEC Eliozu on the 9th of September, 2019 was UMUNNA CHIDERA VICTOR and there after, the 2019/2020 academic session ended with a total of fifteen(15) pupils. In the January, the school experienced an increase in population and second term ended with a population of twenty-five( 25) pupils.
